Red lentil soup with Aleppo pepper oil
Bagna cauda sauce (garlic, anchovies) with steamed broccoli
Cacio e Pepi spaghetti
Sous vide tenderloin
Cherry cheesecake with a creme brûlée top

All from scratch.
Worked out pretty well. 
I can see some mistakes, but the dinner guests didn't.

Great stuff. Early memory from Piedmont Dragway... Don Garlits in a front engine dragster, Willys vs. Anglia,  Sox vs Bill 'Grumpy ' Jenkins '69 Camaro. Super Stock era. BTW, there's a DD for sale about a mile from me. I'll try to get a picture but it's raining today so I doubt it will be out. Hey, that rhymed!

Had a little laser treatment on my right eye to remove the protein buildup that occurs sometimes after cataract surgery.. Quick and painless and as a bonus got to run a few errands for Miss Daisy with those lovely cheap paper sunglasses on.{#Dancingbanana_2}
