 And you can really tell he does too.  That's him in the lower right of the picture.  This is obviously right after a run scored or something good for the Cubs because all of us old farts are standing up.  Rather than high fiving and drinking his beer he appears to be checking on away scores or stats or something.

 This is why I really want to get you to the bleachers sometime.  The only people you will ever find out there are either serious fans, serious drunks, or both.  I think as a group too there are no better hecklers in the league.  You would have loved the guy who made the Brewers game comparison.  Where I live is actually closer to Busch than Wrigley and much closer still to Great American so there are Cubs fans around here who rarely if ever make it to the friendly confines.  I managed to get a first time Wrigley and a first time bleachers fan to the center of the universe this trip so of course we had to let all those around us know of the joyous occasion. I think wanting to establish his bone fides as a serious fan (thus allowed to remain without being seriously drunk) our virgin mentioned that this was already second game this year.  He had been in Florida and had managed to get to the very first game of the season this year.  The guy in front of us turned around and said slowly with his head down "Yeah.  .....  This is my fourth game this year.     ........    I have a problem."

The first step is admitting that you have a problem.

Don't just pencil me in, but write me in with ink for 2019.Once my back surgery is done,I'm gonna be making up for lost time.I can't remember the last time I could sit in a bleacher or play my guitar for more than 5 minutes without pain.Never took any pills for it though,so there's that.

I have dreams of one of those all the parks in a year missions.

  I'll settle for fewer parks and more varieties of beer in a pinch though.{#Lol}

On April 18, Cleveland played Minnesota in Puerto Rico. It was a long game.

How long you ask?

Twins' First baseman Joe Mauer was 34 years old when the game started. He was 35 when it ended.

Houston's Yuli Gurriel's younger brother Lourdes Jr playing his first MLB game with the Blue Jays.

So far, 2 hits and 3 RBIs. Yuli did say his brother was a better hitter.
