I would agree that the Clinton presidency was a good one.
My point — made mostly for humor — is that popular sentiments about a President during (or near) the time of his presidency usually are not a reliable barometer of the quality of that presidency. At least 50 percent of the population hated Clinton with a passion during his presidency.
