As of this afternoon, it seems to be fixed. I got an email from their tech support asking me to try just "Radio Paradise" and it worked like it used to. So I guess they fixed whatever they'd broken.

It works!

I did install/enable the RP Alexa skill and if I say "enable Radio Paradise" it works and immediately plays the real RP, but on on my "everywhere group" (six devices/speakers scattered about). However, if I stop playing RP (i.e. Alexa, stop) or switch to another app/source and then go back and say "Alexa, play Radio Paradise" it goes back to playing Radio Paradise FM 105.1. I have tried multiple times to disable/enable the RP Alexa skill but the same scenario plays out every time. 

The good news is I found how top play my true RP through Alexa Android and and Web Alexa app and can get it to play on my "everywhere" group so this will satisfy my RP fix. It's just a bit more of a pain  than speaking "Alexa, play Radio Paradise", especially if I'm on the porch or in the garage and don't have my phone or tablet with me.

Suddenly today, first time ever, when I asked Alexa to "play Radio Paradise" instead of my beloved RP I got Radio Paradise FM 105.1. Repeated attempts yielded similar results, Radio Paradise FM 105.1 or other variations of "Paradise" radio, but not my true RP. I enabled Alexa skill but I am still getting Radio Paradise FM or other variations. I have emailed Amazon.

Like many others asking Alexa to "Play Radio Paradise on Tunein" results in "Radio Paradise Live on Tunein Radio is not available" response.
This is a fairly recent issue, coupled with persistent dropping of the stream (as if it's buffering) right up to the point when it just drops the stream completely and announces "Radio Paradise Live on Tunein Radio is not available" again.
It's completely FUBAR'd my morning alarm routine. The only way I can consistently connect now is by using "Alexa, ask MyTuner Radio to get me Radio Paradise".
Sadly I've yet to find a way to incorporate this into a "routine".
Has anyone discovered a method to resolve this issue yet please?

Also, if you have Alexa linked to your RP account (In the Alexa app, go to 'Skills & Games -> Radio Paradise -> Settings') then 'Alexa' will show up as one of the 'track' options on our website when you're playing RP on your Echo.

Just click the 'track' button on the player screen, or at the bottom of other pages — or the 'track playlist' option on the opening screen — then select 'Alexa'.

Account linking is only needed to rate songs.  There seems to be an issue with it failing to link if you are already logged into the website.  For now you can log out of rp and then request alexa to link the skill.   Should be prompted for your username and password and be able to finish linking your account.

While listening to RP on my Echo, the music will randomly just stop. If I say "Echo, play Radio Paradise" or "Echo, resume", it will sometimes start up again. But it usually goes back a few songs and repeats what I've just heard. Anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix?

Also, I've tried many times to link my RP account to Alexa, but it always tells me "We were unable to link Radio Paradise at this time."

That's a bit flaky (she sometimes doesn't parse that command very well). 

We'll be adding the ability to sync the web display to Alexa (or any other player) in our next site version, which (hopefully) will be out sometime in Q1 2018.

Amazon Echo not in sync with my laptop/RP webpage. So I can't go to my computer to see what's playing. How do I sync the two? (The Echo seems to be about 4 songs behind the website.)
