Well enjoy that, it’s is always a highlight going there. Unfortunately that might be the only enjoyment of the day.

Are you passing through the area or are you a native to the Boston area. Cause if you are…

Plus, I had to get up real early for the freakin appointment!

Caught the cheep matinee of NOPE at the nearby Dubly Atmos theater.
Better Half™ and I both gave it a 4 out of 5. Doesn't remake the cinema experience in our lifetime - but pretty, interesting, and worth a viewing. Don't read spoilers before you go. Part of the fun is the ride of WTF?

My son, acquired a windmill from a guy who he does work for. This guy does land clearing with some heavy equipment. He had a windmill he was going to put up on his property, but changed his mine and gave it to my son. He always wanted a windmill... it's one of those cases of be careful what you wish for.
Anyway, he "recruited" me to "help" set it up. Rough, long, hard day yesterday. 5:30 am to 8:40 pm. Thankfully it was overcast much of the day and somewhat cool until 12:00 noon. I went through about 2 gallons of water.
We had a couple of setbacks just before noon. He rented a back hoe and it was adequate but it didn't have near the height we needed. We got it almost up but it shifted of the bucket. That caused us to "reset" and we lost a few hours. Lots of hands on physics and thinking involved on how to make this work with what we had.
But after 15 hours we got it up and leveled and ready for a footing pour.
Here's a few shots of what went on...

He will install the blades and finish the working platform in a couple of days.
I'll post pictures of the finished product.
