Bad, out of tune, useless cover. Crediting the actual writers doesn't make it better.  This might be my first negative comment ever, but this is a travesty.

Never really cared for King Crimson, despite owning/listening to Court of The Crimson King on LP a number of times.

Members of King Crimson are credited as co-writers for this song on this album.  It appears these guys felt like writing different lyrics and credited Fripp, Giles, Lake, McDonald,  and Sinfield as composers of the music.

Guitar is nice, but it seems like the guy is intentionally singing poorly. Or maybe that\'s the best he can do, and the band is contractually obliged to let him sing one of the songs.

Sorry to be disagreeable, but I disagree. To the bands credit they have tried to do the song differently, which they have. Unfortunately it's not a patch on the original.

The distorted vocals pay a decent tribute to the King Crimson original, but I think Crimson sets the mood better. This is just a little too fast. Would love to hear more Crimson (either early or late) - their stuff was WAY ahead of their time. I like the Doves, but they seem to be on heavy rotation here.
