Save a dream for me
Words hang in the air
Her demons take the dare
Above the lonely feather circles to the ground
The house don't make a sound
Turn this car around (x2)
I'm goin back
Green and gray and auburn
Gliding down the sky
The devil winks an eye
A figure in the doorway
Shouldering the blame
This ain't without a name
Turn this car around (x2)
I'm goin back (x2)
Yeah!
Hey!
The king and queen are loaded
Falling off to sleep
The ground begins to creep
Rockets in the tail lights
Red burns into night
Rolling out of sight
Turn this car around (x2)
I'm goin back
Turn this car around (x2)
I'm goin back
Words hang in the air
Her demons take the dare
Above the lonely feather circles to the ground

Whatever indeed. Is the earth really warming? Are you sure if it is it is caused by human? Believe what you are spoon fed by MSM? If one is comatose then it is easy to be fed the 'mans' propaganda. If, on the other hand, one does your own research then often things are not as they seem.
You'll see in a short while when the methane releases in the Arctic start going exponential, since the Arctic is warming much faster than other areas. The Pentagon has predicted no summer ice in the Arctic by 2016, perhaps even this summer. And yes, it is caused by humans releasing greenhouse gasses since the Industrial Revolution began.
It won't be unbearably high temperatures that will kill us. It'll be the higher temps causing extinction of plants and animals, including plankton in the oceans, that cannot adapt fast enough that will starve us. Already an average of 200 species a day become extinct. That's every DAY.
Those are facts, not oil/coal company or right-wing corporate propaganda.

How is that most climate deniers, will not believe scientists but will believe a 2,000 year old book of fairy tales, ?

Yes, Poacher, earth is really warming and yes, there is zero doubt by now among credible scientists that it is caused by us. Rather than being spoonfed by MSM, I read the original scientific papers. And do my own research. Any fool idiot can be a skeptic. But good luck with the disavowing-basic-laws-of-physics-and-biology bit.

WHAT ever. You'd have to be comatose to not recognize now that the Earth is warming, and the data strongly (yes, strongly) implicate humanity's nasty fossil fuel habit and forest-clearing tendencies as the cause. Al Gore recognized the trends over 2 decades ago, and had the guts to speak out. If we had heeded his advice, the world would be a much better place.
Nature bats last, Miracle.

Boring, even by Petty standards.
Whole album=great!
Not a stellar Petty tune, but solid.
Very smooth, I like the Petty.
Amen.

Isn't it a little late for you to be up listening to adult music ? It's time you kiss
mummy and daddy, go to your room, and STAY THERE !~
PS. Gore is a hell of a lot more intelligent, scientific, accomplished, into keeping this planet and it's
occupants alive, and by far less threatening than your short sighted hero Paul Ryan, who,
has been nominated for canonization as "St. Paul — the patron saint of the Albatross...., "
for his work in giving oil companies huge tax breaks on the backs of the poor.
Statistically, American's would by far rather see Paul, Bush I, Bush II and company
explore deep space than Gore.. do the math .... check district 26 N.Y. where only Paul
could have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. He alone set the R's back at least 4 years and
hopefully more . What a guy !
No thats Al Gore in that photo, perhaps checking for global warming on Mars?

Wake up America. Monday morning. Hee Hee
I love Tom Petty and so it is no surprise that I love this song so much.
Shoot...I'm a big Tom Petty fan but when I heard the first few seconds I thought, "Cool, he's playing You Don't Know How it Feels". Only to realize a moment later that it was a different song, but still TP. I hate to hear a good songwriter repeat himself. Well, at least the similarities only lasted those first few seconds.

When Ca is running out of water, exacerbated by almond usage no less, there is indeed strong evidence that we are the authors of our own misfortune,
I'm sitting in the wings waiting to see which state CA subjugates, or which country is annexed to provide the necessary H2O to continue the unalloyed greed for the 'clear stuff'.
