Accurate but probably not reflective of actual usage. See the broader definition from the wiki page pasted below:

Ha. I've done that one. I've also heard a song I liked, went to see who it is and found that at some point back there I rated it a '2'. I shake my head and say "I must have been in a crabby mood that day".

Listening to Bjork reminds me of what it might have been like to compete in Fear Factor, the song starts and I'm like "I can listen to this, I can do it... and sometimes I can, and sometimes I just bail, chicken out or simply barf up the unidentified critter parts that this song resembles.... maybe next time.

she's weird and like her and her music.
I liked the Sugarcubes, and I'm surprised she has shown so much talent after the band. The band was good, but nothing new or innovative, like Bjork is constantly coming up with.

What it boils down to is that I can tell she's brilliant, but the timbre of her voice makes me wince. And it can't be (just) the Scandinavian accent, since I'm digging on that Fever Ray song "Keep The Streets Empty For Me".

I do not like is not the same as bad.  I just don't rate songs like this.
