We are here, we can love
We share something
I'm sure that you mean
The world to me

Your name was the one
That was always chosen
Your words and their kindness
Have set me free
Shame has a hold
That's kept us frozen
You opened my eyes to a world
That I could believe

Words can leave you broken inside
You'll have to decide
I'm hanging on to my pride

We are here, we can love
We share something
I'm sure that you mean
The world to me
When you get what you need
There's no way of knowing
What you'll have
Is another hole to feed

The games that were played
Have left us hoping
The gift that we have, the life
That we breathe

This world can leave you broken inside
With nowhere to hide
I'm hanging on to my pride

We are here
We've been chosen
We've been blessed with a place
We need to find and then open

We are here, we can love
We share something
I'm sure that you mean
The world to me
When you get what you need
There's no way of knowing
What you'll have
Is another hole to feed

This is annoying...

These guys continue to produce strong material.  Thanks to the rest of the world for still supporting them commercially at the level they deserve when America forgot about them.

Hell, if you guys weren't supporting them in the States and we weren't supporting them here in the UK, then who was?

Good song but the percussion reminds me of the Donkey Kong Country soundtrack on the Super Nintendo. But hey, that was a good soundtrack.

too right, on both counts!

those bottomless pits known as their bank accounts...

Odd, the melody hiding in there somewhere sounds a bit like "House of the Rising Sun," so maybe that has something to do with it. Like the thump of it, though, dated or not.

Huh? This is brand new. Or did I miss something?

I swear that sounds like a dental drill at the end...not just being evocative. {#Wink}

I dunno about that.  America seemed to be supporting them pretty damn well on the Playing the Angel tour...

I bought this when it came out but it is taking awhile to 'click'.  Maybe it needs to wear a bit to work a comfort level. A 7 at least now though.

Ugh. This is bad. I generally like these Mode dudes...

Boy has it ever! There is a house in New Orleans.....

Really good tune. Wasn't much of DM fan in their early days (too much Rush and Ted Nugent in my veins) but this is very cool music.
Good ol DM song style!{#Dancingbanana} and what a great concert!{#Dance}
