Running around in my head still running in my head
Rising sun, you lift me up above you lift me up
Running, still running in my head
Rising sun, you lift me up above you lift me up
Life is fragile
Rising sun, you lift me up above you lift me up
Life is fragile, but I still believe
wasn't this just played friday?
And now it's Wednesday.
Nailed it.
Nailed it.
i think there was opium involved too
The Opium Wars came earlier, British companies grew opium in India and exported it to China because Chinese luxury goods (e.g. silk, tea) meant a negative trade balance for Britain. China made opium illegal and seized stocks held in the port of Canton, and were going to introduce the death sentence for anybody involved. War followed, and Britain won through superior ships & weapons, and were given Hong Kong island, and a free-trade agreement was agreed.

That happens when you have too many windows open.
It certainly didn't help the Chinese.
Can only think you are referring to the air conditioner tonight.
So.....what?...it's like The Highlander, there can be only one?
Yeah, let's start chopping off some heads!
It certainly didn't help the Chinese.
And to my white elephant is loaded with
Chinese fortune cookies, always when my elephant
Takes two steps, a cookie crumbles in two.
So, it's fair we're in this nasty weather
At the time I was already practicing the art of
Worshipping peaks and Zeus because in an another world
I'd be a looking at saldo with big eyes,
And, getting the fish eye for not singing halleluyah.
Now everytime I find a reason for nobody home.
That happens when you have too many windows open.
Agreed and I'm in Eugene!
Thanks Bill.
So.....what?...it's like The Highlander, there can be only one?
It's okay with me as long as they don't do like Muse and pull a U2 with their sound once they become marginally popular.

yes, thats a good one!
Yes! The song called 'diamonds' was a big hit here.
'Kinell! I'm having mental contortions trying to picture "bowlegged gypsy muleskinners" - perhaps you could supply a picture to help my lack of imagination? :o)
Everybody in my mushrooming multitude of churches be dancing buck ass naked all across the world like bowlegged gypsy muleskinners... we love this song... it tweaks our nipples... love sex, drugs, and rock 'n roll...

That still leaves lots of insightful, non-repetitive comments for me to appreciate.
A few years ago, this website was far more lively, with variety and spice... but some people have been obsessed with telling others what to do, and the censorship has really damaged this website... I could give you a long list of people who have abandoned this site...
what do you think of this song? You still have made no comment about it...
I think this song is marvelous...
This is not true. A few years ago, you posted nothing but "we be dancing" and now you are making good contributions. We just need less "we be dancing". I am working on my own too, Lazarus. I take a lot of heat too, you know. This board is getting better and better.
Everybody in my mushrooming multitude of churches be dancing buck ass naked! Love this song...
U2 with a dash of Radiohead.
That's cool. It didn't seem like a directly connected song comment as I've grown accustomed to here, but to each his own. I'll adjust my personal filter settings. It's all good.

I think this song is marvelous...
Yes, there are, but I just glanced at the RAFT, and nobody is talking about music there... in fact, nobody is talking about anything... the article I posted here is about music... you are not even making a comment about this song here— just asking a rhetorical question... are there rhetorical question forums in other area of this site?
I thank my avid readers for their unbridled adulation...

here's something fragile—
Olathe man killed by off-duty police officer outside Oklahoma City concert
OKLAHOMA CITY — Police said that an off-duty police officer shot and killed an Olathe man outside an Oklahoma City concert.
Capt. Dexter Nelson said Friday that Sgt. Paul Galyon shot 24-year-old Brian Simms Jr. late Thursday at the Farmers Public Market in Oklahoma City. Nelson said the shooting occurred outside a concert by Chicago-based rap artist Chief Keef.
Nelson said Galyon and another officer were working off-duty outside the concert venue when they saw a man who appeared to be unconscious in a car. Nelson said the officers approached and saw the man had a gun in his waistband.
Nelson said Galyon opened fire when Simms did not comply with orders and instead confronted the officers. Galyon has been placed on paid leave pending an investigation into the shooting.
The Oklahoman newspaper on Friday said Simms was initially identified by his sister.
“We’re angry at the police officers,” Mishellai Avery told the newspaper...
