sunlight rusts us through
all for naught I know
falls through our hands
vanished
falls apart
ashes
once
I held a photograph
of the sun
rained down for us
from
a high place the moments pass
every single one
is a head rush
now
I'm still
and plain
no more words
nothing
I fought by an angel's side
getting what we want
sunlight on us
formed
made from the darkest ice
so cold
sunlight on us
all for naught I know
falls through our hands
vanished
falls apart
ashes
once
I held a photograph
of the sun
rained down for us
from

nothing

From the land of the UNC Tarheels, my alma mater. Nice sound.
Now that’s a thought provoking album cover. Mebe it’s ma ‘fone but I had to look twice, thrice. Song nice as well

I hope Ari gets this band back together, they've been quiet for a while

I have lost many of my balls in trees in my time here.

I prefer Leon Russell. Too complicated for me to say why not.

Segues nicely from Waterloo Sunset.

On first listen, I like this song. But somehow "energetic" isn't the word I would use to describe it.
Just saw them 3 weeks ago... blew me away..over 2 hours of energetic entertainment.

Another real-time comment: I thought it was Choir of Young Believers (you know, Hollow Talk - the Bridge theme) when I first heard this. Cannot decide if good, or tedious. Depends where it goes in the next minute or so..
EDIT: OK, it livened up a bit and gets a 6 from me for now, but like your investments, this may go up or down in the future...

Cool song!

Sounds like a mellow cover of something by Muse
The album is great. Thank you, Bill.
I saw these guys at the end of February. So much better live than in recordings, if you can imagine!
Nice: Cat Power meets Shelby Lynne? Or slowed down Dolly.
