Maybe I'm just a ghost
Disappear when anybody's close
Go through you when you travel
Travel over near

Maybe I'm just a ghost
Emptied by 'em, anybody knows
Maybe I'm on a rose
Or am I even here?

Yeaaah

Every time I try to walk through walls
More walls appear
What's the point in feeling love for you
When you don't believe I'm here?
What's the point in trying to raise your voice
If no one ever hears?
Every time I try to pull you close
You disappear

Maybe I'm a ghost
Just a whisper in a perfect smoke
A secret that nobody knows
No one will ever hear

Oh, maybe I'm a ghost
Specter of the wrong cause
Fallen out of rose
Something people fear

Yeaaah

And every time I find I'm off the walls
It's all becoming clear
What's the point in feeling love for you
When you don't believe I'm here?
What's the point in saying 'Rescue me!'
If no one ever hears?
Every time I try to pull you close
You disappear
Every time I try to pull you close
You disappear

And every time I find I'm off the walls
It's all becoming clear
Every time I try to pull you close
You disappear
Every time I try to pull you close
You disappe...!

So it's the likes of Atomic Kitten and Willie Nelson for you is it, O wise one? A stupid comment.
Hey Bill :)

As in this a band to gently introduce those people to listening to music more since it demonstrates dynamic range, good vocal control, nice lyrics and a good flow?

The world's least dangerous band.
a guilty pleasure...
Not a big coldplay fan, but liked the first albums. Never understood why people hate some music so much that they start commenting about it. The world is stuffed with so many different musicians and their genres, there will always be stuff you dislike, just face it or stop listening radio

You obviously haven't read far down the comments on here if you think it's just you.
Underrated album - It’s a great listen
people love to hate him but Chris has talent...except when he lost the bet and let Steve Jobs name his 1st borne...
I think, therefore I might be.
I know it's just me, but I really can't stand Coldplay!
"Acceptable." A great adjective to describe Coldplay.
they have fooled a lot of people.
over-rated.
I never understood all the hatred for Coldplay from the RP listeners...until I heard this one.

Okay, he whines like a champ; at least he doesn't whine like a lovelost little girl, because there's nothing worse than that sound.
Holy Moly!  Coldplay has had 2 Worldwide-best-selling-of-the-year albums. And they weren't Parachutes and Rush of Blood. What? Dang.

Thanks, RP for the new song pages with Wikipedia. Y'all so rock.
Love Coldplay....so many haters, though!

Have a look in the pre-teens girl section. Probably somewhere between Brittney Spears and Lady Gaga,

How do you define a singer? He's more than that anyway...there are tons of  technically superb and "soulish" vocalists out there but decent and original songwriters singing their own stuff? So Your Highness doesn't  blame the band but X and Y? LOL, you don't have a clue, do you? I'm not a fan, BTW.
Just a mediocre song.

from wiki;

The music video for "All Your Friends" was released on 7 November 2014 for the commemoration of the first World War. Although the track is not available on the standard edition of Ghost Stories, it is available on the A Sky Full of Stars EP worldwide–except for the United States were it is included on the deluxe version ofGhost Stories sold by Target. An official video for "Ghost Story" was released as a part of the "Ghost Stories Live 2014" DVD on 24 November 2014; it was uploaded on the band's official youtube channel on 9 March 2015. The video was shot in black and white, and shows the band performing the song during theirGhost Stories Tour. Similar to "All Your Friends", the song is available on the A Sky Full of Stars EP and on the Target Deluxe edition of the album is the U.S.

I might repeat myself here but they have become such a commercial crap band....

I thought RP was commercial free!
I saw this fellow during the Superbowl halftime slot last weekend. Poor fellow. It looks like Chris Martin was programmed by a large corporation focus group.
Your premise is quickly proven wrong.  I have produced award winning beer from my brewery, while listening to Coldplay.
I listen to radio paradise 80+% of the time I am in the brewery.
Bill and Rebecca play it regularly. Plenty of people don't like it. Fine. They do, and so do I.
With 8 years under our belt, many medals, and accolades, tens of thousands of gallons brewed and drunk. It would appear my yeast cells enjoy it too. {#Crown}

I was talking with one of my local brewers recently. I asked him if there was connection between brewing and music, because every time I go into a brewery there's always music blaring as the brewers work.

He explained that the music is there to encourage the beer — to give it life and an attitude. He then ran down his playlist, which was quite diverse.

I asked him if there was a type of music that was bad for brewing and beer.

"Coldplay," he said. "Nobody ever made good beer while listening to Coldplay."

I loved their first album. But after that, I can take or leave most of their songs.

I guess you are one of those jump on the bandwagon Cold Play haters simply because you aren't a happy person and never will be.

I myself enjoy their songs, playing and singing. I suggest you go find a music group that caters to your personal attitude in life..........may I suggest  The Butthole Surfers? {#Lol}

I feel like I'm down with any individual Coldplay song but the more I delve into their catalog the more I notice a sameness in tempo, vibe and style that never wavers. I have their live album and it's a concert performance that never gets really hush and never "rocks." It just....is. There's worse things to be than even-keeled but I just can't fully embrace them. So, this song is fine but compared to most of their oeuvre it's wholly unremarkable.

I can probably take 5 minutes of a Pats game too, but I wouldn't want to go to a Coldplay concert any more than I'd want to watch the Pats play a whole game.

Anybody know the first track from Doobie Brothers - Captain and ME - called "Natural Thing"?

Hear it in there...?  {#Wink}

Ethereal awareness. Angels flying all around us. Hovering protecting
Just PSD'd from this fluff to Rolling Stones - Can't You Hear Me Knocking.  Best radio station on the planet, without a doubt.
I'm amazed - they are still able to make a likeable song! I'd given up on that...
Vomit-inducing noise, Pathetic falsetto as usual. His voice is as ugly as his face.
I'm thinking a 6 for me. Nothing special, but it doesn't offend the ears either.

Better than the other stuff I have heard from this album but still very ordinary.  I don't feel the need to ever hear it again that's for sure - 4.
Where can you get this song? Not on iTunes or Amazon?
Did not realize the lineage from TFF to Coldplay until this segue.

Coldplay makes great pop music.  I will just never understand the bashing they take here.
