I believe why it’s so likable…

it calls to our childlike hearts in a positive kinda way. 🙂

let’s be light, and float about the dance floor!

a deathly 'ush ensued.....
(mellow mix still there, tho.

Drugs are bad, mmmkay?
Complete crap!
This is weird and quirky and fun. We need more music like this.

I'm still grooving on it 10 years later.   And don't call me Franky.

Love so much.
Like it less each time I hear it

It really shouldn't be but it is, repetition, earworms and all. And there is something ineffably charming about the expression ineffably charming :-)

I too have no idea why I like this. But it makes me shuffle in my chair. I’m
Sitting in the pub in Stoke D’Abernon. Having a quiet pint and a packet of crisps before I go home to cook Sunday lunch.  As they say all is good … thank you Bill and Rebbecca for bringing me these tunes. It got an 8

Ah, yes, are you just a moonwalk away from knowing why?
Lots of nice funny comments for a nice song.
After all these years, THERE ARE NOT ANY DOGGIE BAGS!
Sounds like Lemon Jelly

it's the 3 second memory thing. i think. cannot remember
are the mixed in little kid vocals from one of the band member's family? that would be interesting.

Maybe, Virgin and Richard Branson perhaps?

Even today, "There are no doggie bags"!

One would think that after all these years, they would have found some.

YES!  The 1st time I heard his, I did not like it. Now, ILIKE IT!  I guess it grew on me.  I gave it a 7.  Thanx RP!

Why all the hate? It’s a happy tune, ya buncha mooks!

Start tapping your toes or get up and dance!!

(or not. I’m not the bossa you.) 😊 ☮️

Another song where I wish there was a chair dancing RP emoji.
Great track.

Oprah needs to have a new audience give away "YOU get a doggie bag, YOU get a doggie bag; DOGGIE BAGS for EVERYONE!!!"

LLRP
I had no idea what the lyrics were until today when I was on the RP page.  I just loved the sound.... and now that I know the words so much cooler, even in their brevity.
Years later, "There are no doggie bags!"
I'm diggin' it
Lovely to hear our bands as well.

Another one is Johnny Clegg. RiP

Great memories of playing Goldfish's CDs in a hire car driving round Cape Town. Many catchy tunes like this one

I have two boys in their early 20s who have been listening to Radio Paradise for almost all their lives. It was part of what made them the men they are today, and for that, I'm grateful to the Radio Paradise!

Works the other way too. Early May 2015 I was in London visiting my older son when I realized the music that was playing in her apartment was really good and asked him what was that and he replied "Radio Paradise". He knows the good stuff.
So nice to see positive comments. Doesn’t always pan that way, Hey! All happy, just now. X
This is one of the songs that has you smiling and bobbing your head around, maybe even bounce a little :)
Despite today's scrubbed launch of NASA's Artemis 1, all the world is about one year away from another ... MOONWALK!

(yeah, baby; ain't that sumpthin?)
I am so grateful to RP for connecting me to new music from the homeland I left decades ago.
Opens the heart right up.
Suggestion: Hide the average rating until you've entered a rating of your own. I think knowing what everyone else thinks before you cast your vote biases you.

Good track to listen to while working. At first listen, an easy 7 with room to grow.  More, please!
The car noises or whatever they are really bug me in this.

Sorry, not doggy bags, no 10. So just 9 because this thing grooves, even without d.b.
My 30-y-o daughter and her sweetie are EDM DJs. When I can bring them something like this that they've never heard, it's a good day in Old Guy country.
I hurt my back two days ago. We be dancin' in the kitchen- in pain, but still dancin'.

Okay ... that's enough of that.
I think I like it, I forget.
the mood in my house just improved significantly

@soundthinker @maxvonevil Thanks mates, made my morning! "there are no doggie bags" It's not a complex tune, but oh well, not all have to be.
Interesting, but could do without some of the annoying  vocal riffs.
best way to end an argument. . .  Moonwalk away
Giving this a 7 as the doggiebag comments made me laugh. Now I've got that damn tune in my head for the rest of the day. Thanks!
