Be by your side I want to be
All those other times I lied, I cannot breathe
There’s nothing left to show you now except my heart
When everyone around me grows I just fall apart

Be by your side I want to be
Haven’t got the time to cry though I’m so free
It takes a little time to find when it’s so dark
Another little candle blown, life’s about to start

And I wanna feel the blood rushing straight to my head
And I wanna feel like a dog with a bone to be led
And I wanna feel every pulse to the shake in your leg
And I wanna feel every thought till my body drops dead

Grow up to behaving like I should
And I understand now I’m no good

All of the time, all of the time, all of the time
All of the time, all of the time, all of the time

Be by your side I want to be
What’s another night of flight away from me?
We laugh about the ups and downs like they don’t hurt
Softening the edge so I slip right through the dirt

Be by your side I want to be
Haven’t got the heart to keep up with the beat
The rush to start I was mistaken
Fooled me into thinking I had the chance to run

And I wanna feel the blood rushing straight to my head
And I wanna feel like a dog with a bone to be led
And I wanna feel every pulse to the shake in your leg
And I wanna feel every thought till my body drops dead

Grow up to behaving like I should
And I understand now I’m no good

All of the time, all of the time, all of the time
All of the time, all of the time, all of the time

All of the time, all of the time, all of the time
All of the time, all of the time, all of the time

OK BILL: what IS going on with all the new music? I'm very curious (and perhaps not alone)!

I'm guessing trying to make RP a little more relevant.  RP seems to focus on the discriminating 30-60 year old demographic.  But RP has been here almost 20 years, and so a lot of listeners have aged out to 50-80 where it gets hard to support hobbies and interests financially.  Plus it has to compete with all the mobile entertainment and video on-the-go that people are getting acclimated to.  So there's a point where the old formulas don't work as well.

That said, I prefer those oldies hits and like RP's format, but many of the new hits are pretty good and seem like they'd easily be slated to be in an RP playlist from any era.

It's like Bill & Rebecca suddenly found the lost key to all the new music they have been wanting to share with us for a long time. I haven't seen so much new music as I have the past 1-2 weeks; and this is a great thing!

OH - and this song - never heard of them, but sounding good so far - easy "7"

I'm right there with you on both comments.  Seems like BillG has found himself some studio time recently; not just new tunes we've got some dusted off ones added too!

Long Live RP and all the songs played here, dusty or not!!
