Chris Stapleton has single-handedly renewed my interest in Country music, and in no small way, reconnected me to a corner of my soul that had been a little bit neglected. He's the kind of artist that makes me stop whatever I'm doing and take inventory of my surroundings, often coming to the conclusion that the world is far more beautiful, vast, and interesting than I usually care to consider amid the noise of a life lived somewhat carelessly
It is a nice well written song but just because you have a strong voice doesn't mean you should maximize the range to the point where you are just expressing that you can. That is what I hear and have to psd because it just drives me crazy as it just wasn't necessary to do so.
Please play one of Stapleton's other songs, I have now heard this one too many times. The vocal gymnastics are a bit much.
Chris Stapleton is quickly becoming one of my favorite artists.

The first few notes of this song always grab my attention. And it gets better from there. Great song by a great artist.

Stapleton has singlehandedly brought me back to Country as a music form I enjoy listening to on occasion. Because it transcends genre.
Great example of why not to dismiss entire genres of music. Bro country (beer, trucks, half-nekkid wimmen) makes my skin crawl, but this is wonderful.

Chris Stapleton is one heck of a singer/songwriter.
Once again, at a quick listen I thought Steve Earle or John Hyatt, both favorable comparisons IMHO.

I love his voice and his guitar skills are top notch!! I'm more a fan of his rock leaning songs than country - but a fan nonetheless!! His rendition of the National Anthem during the Superbowl was one of the best IMO.
We need more Stapleton on RP.
