I discover William Orbit on RP. Many thanks RP.

something like "I won't pass this way again" . Male voice, can't place who or title though.
This melody sounds familiar. There's another RP song very similar.

agreed on RP ! Best music on the internet! So many options, main mix, rock mix, world mix, etc and if all else fails play your favs!
This is interesting, which is always a complement from me :)
I'm always surprised when I don't know a particular song that's being played on RP to look at the release date and find it came out 30 or more years ago, especially a tune like this that could have been released today. RP is the antithesis of "Classic Rock" radio but instead mines the past for music that was maybe overlooked, while playing the stuff we're familiar with to put things into some context, musically speaking. Well, that's what I was thinking, anyway, listening to "Riding To Rio", from 1987.

I'm glad you hear that too! I was listening and thinking that guitar riff sounded like it was a cover or an homage to something, but I can't put my finger on it. A bit of a Morricone soundtrack or maybe something older?

This is odd. Was doing some work with RP as the soundtrack and after a bit of time I was wondering what it was. Sounded like musak on some level, but it was as if my subconscious was telling me, hang on, there's more to it than this. When I started to really listen, musak no more. Sounds interesting, kind of like the reverse of what musak normally does to music. (Sorry, it's quite late and I'm not entirely sure I'm making sense!)
Nice intriguing tune :)
Nice intriguing tune :)
"All of our customer representatives are busy right now".
RP rarity?
Hopefully play some more of this.
Orbit is a talented sonny

I love me some William Orbit! Also really liked the Madonna CD he produced "Ray of Light"....
