No, but an atheist (like myself) doesn't need god or commandments from on high to know what's right and what's wrong and how to choose one over the other.

Well, all that stuff about the Sabbath and "thou shalt have no other gods before me" starts to look silly if there's just Moses. But who says anyone wants to throw out the Ten Commandments?
