I'm sitting at a table ready to play cards with some friends. My hands are resting on the table and i lift them up over the table and start shaking them with outstretched thumbs and say, "Sorry guys if i start twitching, but i forgot my smartphone at home"

Have I ever told you all that I often have very vivid dreams? Well this morning I had one starring my lovely neighbors/friends! They didn't live in the house they live in now but rather in the big,old white house across from me, and apparently they were going to have a yard sale, but there had been a dump of snow (we wish!) and so they had put all the things out in the street, up on huge snow banks! I went out to take a look and the wife and the youngest daughter were ice skatin g ... on their porch! And then down the steps and out to the street to talk to me. There were tons of people walking up and down the street, mostly wearing ugly Christmas sweaters. I went back into the house to maybe get something to put in the sale, and saw that my friend had written on the floor just inside the door, in pencil, my name, address, and that she would do whatever needed to help me with my surgery (!). I went back out and, after leaving the antique sewing box I had picked up in the house (which was my grandmother's and which I would never put in a yard sale) on the front porch, avoiding the water leaking all over the porch, I was talking to the wife and daughter, up on this big snow bank when my dog came up to us. I was surprised that she (it wasn't really W, looked like her, but it was my first dog Tasha) was out of the house. I said something to my friend about the surgery and some random lady, in an ugly Christmas sweater, who was climbing over the snow bank asked me what I'd done to myself. Like she knew me. I asked my friend who she was, but she had just kept on going. Then I woke up. And I know there are some run-on sentences in this accounting, but that's how dreams are.

I don't remember the beginning, but the end (right when the alarm went off) was me in a neighbor's apartment, helping shove/shovel snow OUT of her apartment. It had somehow gotten in around her sliding glass door and was drifting inside. I was using a small not snow shovel.

I've been sick for going on a week now and am on some apparently strong antibiotics. So last night I had a weird dream that included baby goats in my house, the ex, a pervert next door (?) and a busload of strangers parked in front of my house. I really wanted on that bus for some reason What it all means I have no idea.

I dreamed that I woke up with a molar in crumbles and that I was holding most of the shards in place with my tongue. I walked to the bathroom and spit out the pieces and thought about how long it would be until morning, when I could get to a dentist. Then I actually woke up and nothing was wrong. I don't often remember my dreams but that one did wake me up.

My sleep apnea has been triggering my brains end of life "orderly shut down procedure". 3 times that I can remember so far. Nearly the same each time. First clouds, then a break in the clouds. Then beautiful scenery, mountains, forests etc. Then end up at a town where all the buildings are grand and all sorts of architecture but all are in ruins and unoccupied. The town is full of newly dead people streaming through. Some conversations happening but mostly quiet. Then people line up at various doors at a large building. I always wake up coughing before reaching a door. Almost made it once. I guess sustained lack of oxygen triggers this.
