I do not disagree with that at all. And it is a problem to be sure. And it is a problem on both sides of the aisle here in the USA to be clear although you do not seem to agree by omission of democrats in your statement.

I just disagree with calling those three POTUS' oligarchs.

That is what I thought you were referring to. Could not have been anything else, at least for anyone with a rudimentary knowledge of general world history. Worse is that everyone is related. Not too many branches on the family tree.

As for calling those three, et al, oligarchs, I gotta disagree. While the Bidens and Bushs' take/took orders from them, Trump is not and took no orders from any that I am aware of. Most anti war POTUS in my lifetime, too.
