...not really that "strange" - but very mellow and cool.  Kind of spooky, chill-out music.

I told this story before but hey, I'm old so I get to tell stories more than once twice. Short version is I had ordered up a CD of proto-new-wave-alt-something rock from I Forget The Label and it arrived as I was about to drive to the hospital where my daughter had been born... so I'm listening to that and hop out of the car a couple hours later, walk in and spot Deniz Tek's photo on the wall... he's an ER doc there. Okay that's not such a reach since he's originally from Michigan but still, that was weird.

i have discovered the little bushmen, fat freddy's drop, the blackseeds, etc.

I have a CD of Australian Aboriginal Reggae.  Unfortunately its not very good and is very poorly recorded.

while dining out last night (literally on huge deck) i listened to a good reggae band

they played some marley, dennis brown, etc.

however when they did reggae versions of some barry white and louis armstrong i was impressed

strange - 8

cool - 9.5

this guy is kinda strange and definitely cool
