In the days that followed, the polls would only grow grimmer.
âIn fact,â Biden went on, âthe big takeaway are Trumpâs lies ⦠The point is, I didnât have a great night and neither did he.â
He returned to the central message of his campaign: âThe fact is that Donald Trump is a genuine threat to democracy, and thatâs not hyperbole. Heâs a genuine threat.
