Katie Johnson withdrew her lawsuit because she and her family were receiving death threats.
Read the available documents from the case. Katie Johnson stated that Trump had sexual encounters with her on four different occasions while she was 13. She also stated that Trump and Jeffery Epstein knew she was 13 when they had sexual encounters with her and another underage girl.
If you choose to disregard Katie Johnson, you can spin some wild babble about E. Jean Carroll and Ivana Trump. Both women reported that Trump raped them. Do you deny it?
Two juries believed E. Jean in courts of law after testimony, cross-examination and presentation of evidence.
Ivana Trump wrote a published book in which she recounted Trump's rape of her. Trump did not sue for defamation of character.
We could also talk about the 25+ women who've stated that Trump raped, sexually assaulted and/or harassed them.
But you want to huff and puff instead.
Who should I apologize to, Beaker? Der Drumpfer? You, his chatbot shill?
Your life must really be awful if you have to defend a rapist, felon, compulsive liar, and demented narcissist who owes over $500 MILLION in civil compensation. Maybe you do it for free. That would be incredibly pathetic.
I appreciate that you are willing to affirm that you're a certifiable nutbar, that you are incapable of critical thinking, and have no interest in retractions or apologies, as you continue on with your destructive screed on this forum.
You're a certifiable nutbar with a potty mouth and a complete inability to conduct even the most basic of research before you fire volley after volley of incendiary statements.
I'd suggest you should retract and apologize - but we all know you are incapable of that.

The court has not entered anything. There is yet to be a finding of anything official entered. A jury verdict by itself means nothing until a judge acts on it.
I can only conclude that steeler is afraid to answer a simple yes or no question for fear of the reaction he may get.
allow me to point to the relevant string of words:
a finding of guilt by a jury
Did you really say Steeler's afraid to get into a semantics argument with you? I mean, who wouldn't be, because you will just give him a water-torture stream of nonsense until he throws in the towel.
The State of New York defines Conviction as "Conviction - When the court enters a plea of guilty or a finding of guilt by a jury or the Court." https://ww2.nycourts.gov/COURT... The State of Florida goes a step further to specify "the term “convicted” means, with respect to a person's felony offense, a determination of guilt which is the result of a trial or the entry of a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, regardless of whether adjudication is withheld." https://www.tcpalm.com/story/n...

What, are you upset that I brought up the fact that Trump is a felon and adjudicated rapist? Or that there's strong evidence that he was sexually involved with at least one underage girl?
Or maybe there's another innocent reason that Trump regularly called Jeffrey Epsteinâeven at 5 amâfor massage appointments. Do tell.
As for Katie Johnson...I guess she doesn't count for you. Because Trump.
You're a certifiable nutbar with a potty mouth and a complete inability to conduct even the most basic of research before you fire volley after volley of incendiary statements.
I don't think some of the regular participants in these political topics have any grasp at all how the vile tone pointlessness of their posts actually harms RP.
Case in point, that which is quoted.
Fixed yer post.

A conviction is an adjudication of a criminal defendantâs guilt
The adjudication part is when the judge makes their final determination ... which has not happened and to paraphrase the judge (cuz I'm not going to spend time looking for the actual quote), may not happen ...
Here is the support for my remarks about convictions
Lawyer â President Trump is not actually a convicted felon. Media outlets should be careful.
I spent a fair amount of time researching the meaning of adjudication regarding the Trump case where he was adjudicated a rapist by the judge, in conflict with the jury's finding of sexual abuse in the case. The judge inserted his opinion, not fact in making his finding. That is a very important distinction which everyone (who posts on the subject) ignores. They want to call him a convicted rapist.

So is Trump a convicted felon or not as we sit here right now ?
Is it premature or not ?
That is what matters as the lust here to call Trump a "convicted felon" is at a fever pitch.
No, we all already know he's a convicted felon. No lust needed.
It's your recent feeble attempt to try and state otherwise that is at issue here. I went back and saw that it wasn't you who originally posted what you are trying to pass off as "proof"... but until it was posted... you weren't trying to argue otherwise. Sorry but what you're throwing up against the wall... ain't stickin'.

conviction - A judgment of guilt against a criminal defendant.
You did not directly answer the clearly stated question.
Is he or isn't he a "convicted felon" as we sit here right now ?

This debate is really about semantics. The jury issued its verdict of guilty on all 34 felony counts. The judge can accept or reject a jury verdict. The judge enters a judgment. Trump has been granted leave to file a motion to set aside the jury verdict based on the Supreme Court immunity decision. It is possible that the judge will set aside the jury’s verdict and enter a judgment of acquittal. The motion will be briefed. That is why the judge delayed sentencing.
