In beautiful houses
With beautiful gardens
And beautiful friends inside
And I stand all alone
That rain falling down
I stare at your window and I cry
I love you so much
I love you too much
I love you so much so much
Will you be mine

In beautiful houses
With beautiful gardens
Where beautiful dreams have died
And you stand all alone
With your friends all around
And you stare at your window and you cry
I love you so much
I love you too much
I love you so much so much
Will you be mine

And I'm sorry for the things I said
Sorry for the things I did
Sorry for the way I said goodbye

I'm sorry for the things I said
Sorry for the things I did
Sorry that I ever made you cry-y-y

Well in beautiful houses
With beautiful gardens
And beautiful friends inside
And I stand all alone
With my world falling down
And I stare at your window and I cry
I love you so much
I love you too much
I love you so much so much
Will you be mine
I love you so much so much
Will you be mine

Oh darling

He blew us away once again at The Boulder Theater Saturday night August 29th. He and his band have been at it for 30 years! Chris is surely one of the greatest living old-school Roy/ Elvis-style singers we have among us today. He's quite the comedian, too. BRAVO!
don't like this

Does EVERYTHING need an acronym? I mean, how often do you say "not that there's anything wrong with it?" I say acronym's be reserved for only annoyingly long things that we say everyday. In other words, very very few things :)
You mean IOWVVFTs. How do you feel about apostrophes?

I think Kenney's simple drumming style really suits Chris's songs their a great duo with a great sense of humour not every band needs a John Bonham

It sounds like fingernails on a blackboard.

Blech ! Have you ever noticed the way that certain men are instantly recognisable as whining pricks by other men, but somehow this is invisible to most women? Bewildering! And the drums are boring. Got me on a bad day..
And these are the guys who invariably get laid a lot. Which is another reason (we)other men think they're pricks.

Wow, I never noticed the drums, but that's what makes it so ... predictable. But I don't think you could even throw danny carey behind that and make it sound good.

My fave Chris cd too Barcelona,Spain
OK, I need a Margarita now.
he gives me a funny feeling in my tummy box
Chris Issak is baffeling to me. He whines in ALL of his music, and I generally HATE that. But almost all of his songs I seem to like.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmm Sex On Legs
This album and Baja Sessions are absolute essentials.
This is one of those songs that would've been better as a straight instrumental.

I really do like Chris Isaak's music (and he's funny sometimes ). I love that trademark lapsteel --Go James (Calvin Wilsey)! Look forward to hearing more now and again. Thanks!
Lapsteel?? Exstensive abuse of a Bigsby is what can be heard on the track...
Man, I really hate this. I don't usually hate Chris Isaak, but I do hate this one.
