Not sure why Alison Krauss is omitted from the 'artist' attribute... Love both albums they've done together.

Sometime around 1986 or so, I was changing the channel on my television and while pausing on a station to see, I heard her voice. Sometime around 1986 or so, I was changing the channel on my television and while pausing on a station to see, I heard her voice. I didn't even move for the next half hour, stayed right in front of the tv as I watched and listened. It was one of her first televised concerts and I've been a fan ever since. I just saw them last night. It was a very good show, but on balance I would have to say I liked their 2008 show a little more.

I love Alison's voice, its got a real emotional connection to it...but, man its so low in the mix here that its almost an afterthought. This track doesn't do anything that would make me more likely to purchase this album...pretty underwhelming...

This is gorgeous! No need to compare with Calexico, which is a very awesome song. If you release a cover, make it equally as good, better or make it your own which is what Robert and Allison have done here. Love it!

To those who complain that this is not Calexico, I don't get it. If you think that this version is not up to the original, fine. But Plant and Krauss are showing that they have really refined taste! Little Angel Dance as done by Plant etc. is not Los Lobos, but excellent. If you want to hear this song by Calexico, this is not hard to do.

Impressed Plant knows Calexico, but this doesn't add to the original at all. Just play Calexico.

I seriously don't know how to feel about Robert Plant. Zeppelin was amazing and genre-defining. Plant is certainly allowed to keep making music if he wants to, and it's not for me to tell him what to do with his life.
