Runnin' too fast with my ginger-haired girl
Stronger and smarter; both new to the world
Hours of cigarettes, underneath trees
Sand in her hair, salt water on knees

I never asked her where we would go
I just tried to follow the wind that would blow
It's like she controlled me; bent to her will
More of the mountain, less of the hill

It could be that you never cross my mind
But sometimes I look for you

She sent me a letter to follow her west
She talked about warm days and fire sunsets
So I left New England, 'cause I had to go
Too young to question; too young to know

Lost in her hours that turned into days
She was my minutes, then she went away
To help with the father that gave up his voice
One man's decision left her with no choice

It could be that you never cross my mind
Unfinished stories that we never got to write
But sometimes I look for you

Ohh
I curse circumstances, 'cause I can't see your face
Why was I left standing, and your light was erased?

Waited for weeks, but she never returned
In the back of her notebook, I scribbled some words
Said I had to go; headed back to L.A.
Hope that you'll find me; I hope that you're safe

Maybe she's somewhere, resting alone
Dreaming like a child that never grew old
Quiet and patiently looking for keeps
Locked up with strangers who'd never be free

It could be that you never cross my mind
Unfinished stories that we never got to write
Ooh...
Maybe some things we were never meant to find
But sometimes I look for you.

Nice one!  Never would have heard this without RP, as is the case with 50% of my music library :)

Except for the voice. Justin's unmistakable. Dels new stuff is worth a listen, btw.

From Washington PA, neat, another SW PA artist. This is nice addition.

Maybe it me being more attentive to what's playing, but it seems that BillG is adding a slew of new tracks, both new new and old new.  Gotta love the roll he's on.
This IS the bestest streaming service. I would say "arguably" but there is no argument.

I was looking for the lyrics online but nobody have written it down and published it yet as it seems.
I sense that the lyrics on this track are sorta heartbreaking...

Nice add.  Thanks BillG...
