Kinda looks like Lucille Ball in the background to the left of Fred's head.

I usually spring for a bottle of something like that for Thanksgiving. Last year's was a bit much for any of us... Maybe in an aperitif portion...

Yesterday I picked up some Narwhal. It's 10.2! I'd forgotten that part.

Our near-local brewer is Sam Hoffman, he really loves his traditional German beers; Lazy's neck of the woods has Bayern, and they don't even do an IPA. So we have some good ones here. And there's an event over at Sam's this afternoon. I predict a foray...

That looks all-around good.

yeah man

it's right on the boardwalk next to the beach band shell

this winter, if i can call it that, hanging out there will be even better

sunny and mild, low humidity, cold brew and tasty food

i'm down with that

Yea I love them all too so I figured this one to be good.  I think this is a new release, you will get it before me so be on the lookout!

No our local Lagunitas distributor is "lazy" to quote the guy who runs the beer store here. Only brings in 2 or 3 and never the limited editions. I actually sent Lagunitas a message about the distributor here; the competition would love to have them. But they're wholly owned by Heineken so not likely to be working their own distribution arrangements.

I'm going across the line to Montana this weekend tho; odds are much better there.

All the Sumpin's are pretty great but I haven't tried that one. Sumpin' Wild is top shelf stuff.

Exactly what are evening beers, and why do you drink them warm?

They are the universal balance to the breakfast beer. Warm is relative, entropy is real.
