Leveled and then filled with cardboard, wood, more cardboard, newspapers and six bags of organic soil. Three tomato plants, so far. Whew!

I'm just sentimental. Today I hear a lot of the songs on RP my friend  had listened to. Thank you.

Now my friend is dead. I always thought, my friend got all the good music. When I visit him, I can hear it.

So my friend Theo, thank you for the love and e.g. the song from The Grateful Dead "Touch Of Grey". It was you, who said, I love this song.

Cheers to all lovers and mankind.

I'm surprised they got away with that one.

Those guys from Chrysler back then had a sense of humor for sure.
Some of the color names they proposed that didn't make it...
Unforseeable Fuschia
Statutory Grape
Gang Green
Well Red
Cost Of Living Rose
Fisher Body Rust
Hi-Ho Silver
Frank Lloyd White

A '71 Cuda in Curious Yellow/ Citron Yella...

How about Plumb Crazy or my favorite Super Blue. That was my 73 Cuda’s color.

We installed the nose piece. What a complicated affair it was. Many intersecting pieces and some minor fabbing was required since I'm not using a stock Dodge Charger frame.
It's just mocked up for now. We ran out of nuts and bolts.

I need to get the headlight buckets put together still.
More complicated pieces some more.

The last time I will have to bring brush and leaf collection to the drop-off sites. The town is now going to start collecting it 5 times a year after 15 years when they use to collect it.

I loved Paul Winchell & Jerry Mahoney (& Knucklehead Smith). I even had a Jerry Mahoney dummy when I was 10 or so and read books on ventriloquism. Never did get any good at it though. I was always disappointed that I couldn't "throw" my voice and make it come out of the dummy's mouth, even to my ears.

Oh, I remember them.
Of course, I was almost starting  Jr. High and too mature to watch children's shows by then.

Not much of a Captain Kangaroo fan.
I remember back in '59?... when he announced he was going to have a dancing bear on after the break. I ran into the kitchen and excitably told my mom all about it. Ran back to the TV and was totally disappointed it was just a guy in a costume. I learned right then don't always believe what you hear.
Crusader Rabbit was my favorite from that era. It was also one of Jay Ward's first cartoons. Before Rocky and Bullwinkle.

Rebuilding my Amazon Fire Tablet. Moving, compressing files, reformatting the SD card, and dumping Apps no longer using. A real pain cause my iPad is sooooo easy to do this in about an hour, but this is taking me the all afternoon.
