Let me repeat that so the American people are clear on this. My friend John McCain voted 673 times against tax cuts for the middle classes.” The problem was that it all sounded drearily senatorial.

Mention any global crisis — civil war in Bosnia, genocide in Darfur, Russian aggression in Georgia, the lack of five-star restaurants in Wales — and Biden has been there, usually within the last two weeks, and always at public expense. What the American taxpayer gets for the Emir of Delaware’s frequent-flyer miles is harder to discern. Biden was doing his best to turn in a decent karaoke version of Lloyd Bentsen, but, unfortunately, Governor Palin declined to play Dan Quayle...

Hey, new car discussions going on here.  Road trip trial runs a possibility.  When should we absolutely, positively, never try to visit your part of WY?  (Schedule between now and end of year probably already filled.)

Late August thru  September is best. This weekend will be oh my god.

November thru April, Yellowstone's closed, and October and May are unpredictable tho potentially awesome. We usually say October's the best but last year was kind of iffy.

If you're not so much concerned with Yellowstone, the winter months... well they're still shit. December thru February are pretty much gray and stark and just count on indoor stuff. Sure we get out and play but unless you ski I don't see that being a good time to come for a visit. It's often a monotonous drive with everything monochrome.

but if February's when you have the time, we'll still plan a party!

Do we have his financials somewhere?  I know the Presidential candidates made theirs public.  I'm sure there is handy link someone can find that will show us all the info.  I'm particularly interested because he is reported to be one of the least wealthiest of the U.S. Senators but I would like to see the numbers for myself before I start talking about it.  Which I plan on doing because I think it is worth commenting on.  But I would like some facts first.
