I relayed your message to the buyer's realtor. If you are willing to go ahead and make sure it's working, we just need to put "ok" with your initials by that line item on the TRR and resend it to the buyer. The buyer also mentioned they will put off the closing off...
Thank You Jesus.
And RP.

betterdaze wrote:The last 36 hours or so have been a bit traumatic, to say the least. In the midst of it, yesterday morning, driving down to Casper, I began thinking of the good that's happening right now, and thought of a new thread I'd like to start. When things are looking their darkest, it's a centering thing for me to be able to think of the good that's also happening, whether as a result of the bad, or simply coincidentally. My little list from the last 24 hours- *My son still has a job. *Even though he then had a car crash last night, no one was hurt, and maybe some good will even come out of it, as in hard and necessary lessons learned. The ones he doesn't want to hear from Mom. (Expensive lessons, so thank God he still has his job!) *Kevin and I got to spend the evening with some other RP Wyomingonians, the Ptooey-Hiccup clan, and had a lovely evening *Driving back in the snow, I was unable to avoid driving over an already dead deer lying stretched out across the road, but luckily not one portion of my tiny car touched any of it. It wasn't a little one, and I was sure it would hit the undercarriage. *The police who came to our house last night were really very kind and helpful. *We were able to actually sleep last night. *I have a job I love to go to. *We tasted caperberries last night, and those were spectacular. *As Marty reminded me, the worst has already happened. *And lots of things. There are lots of good things right now. You're here, for one thing. I'm so glad things are working out for you! And Sean! (And I hope your other son as well)
