Yes, and I can probably count by the hour how many times we rebooted the modem during those few weeks of hell. Suffice it to say the cable company is crediting our bill for 2 months worth of service.

15 y.o. grandson's grades.  3 A's, 3 B's - almost infinitely better than this time last year.  He's gonna do just fine, and so far he's only using second gear.
