I was going to make pasta with a vodka sauce, and a nice salad, but brunch was really late today, so I wasn't hungry. Snupper!

Original drum heads/skins were made from animal hides. So for more complete authenticity you should have been drumming on the cow as well. Even though the cow might have enjoyed it you might have been called out for animal cruelty so probably not worth it.
