Made a new recipe over vacation. Tahini noodles. Pretty good, though labor intensive. Lots of veggies to cut up. Definitely glad I halved the amount of pasta!

It was. And I almost didn't "bother" with the grill because it is somewhat inconvenient. I have to go through three doors and down a flight of steps from the kitchen. And I have to take it outside first thing too. And clean it good, to start the season. But, worth it!

I filled up on crepes and fresh, organic strawberries with whipped cream around four so I'm not hungry but thanks for asking. Maybe later I'll fry up the leftover half of a can of corned beef. Nice and crispy like.

Got a half leg of lamb with lemon potatoes, rice pilaf, Greek salad and spanakopita!
Yes it’s Greek Orthodox Easter a whole month from traditional Easter. So I got two great meals in a months time.
No wonder I’m gaining so much weight.

St. Patrick's Day dinner, delayed for over a year. With a dear, fully vaccinated friend. Guinness Braised Beef (à la Triskele) and Colcannon. And lots of leftovers! And a long awaited, warm HUG!
