Salmon in Havana Lime marinade (fresh lemon juice added) oven roasted along with some balsamic glazed, oven roasted brussels sprouts.

The clearest, most straight forward instructions I've come across. Having said that, I am using an old '60's volume so some pillock might have made it more "relevant" and "funky" in the meantime.
