Are you saying it was the CIA or the Doonesbury was a joke? It hope the later, or we need more than "someone should prove my point for me". I certainly hope it was a joke - which it case it is kinda sadly funny. (sorry, i missed it at the time, so not sure of the context)

I'm saying for some people (especially Russian apologists) no justification is too absurd if it matches their world view.

I just saw that janet yellen our treasurer, say that we can easily afford a two front war. Because the economy is in great shape, says the same person that said inflation is just transitory and will resolve itself shortly ...

Meanwhile the interest payment on our debt is now bigger than our defense budget.
