That's quite likely the issue. Some routes are getting pretty congested as people shift to working & playing from home. The NA <> Asia routes are quite likely particularly hard hit.
Shit is getting real when sheltering in place starts to affect RP.
What I can clearly say is that what we do, or donât do, over the next week will have a massive impact on the local and perhaps national trajectory of coronavirus. We are only about 11 days behind Italy and generally on track to repeat what is unfortunately happening there and throughout much of the rest of Europe very soon.

Our companies first stage reaction is to limit to essential employees only in our building which is only about 15 of us of which I am one. They gave our manager leeway to decide who stays home and who works and she imo wisely chose parents of children still living at home to be the ones to stay at home. They are actually telling them to fill out their time cards as usual and they will still get paid for staying home and being with their children whose schools have already cancelled their classes. Not every company will be so kind or have the ability to do this, but overall even creditors I believe will make common sense choices in getting us all through this. Fortunately this is not the world ending pandemic, but rest assured it is only a matter of time. However this is a good reminder and societal test run that will help us in the many worldwide crises to come. If somehow our species survives perhaps these crises will realign our insight and expedite true spiritual evolution of our species. Of course most of us will not survive in the long run, but Darwinism is at play and it may just work out in the end.
hobbitt's employer shared the hurt several times over the years, keeping the talent employed but on lower wages. The lower paid employees had the smallest hurt, and corporate officers were on minimum wage. It got the company through several tough times.
You have a nice gig there. Sounds very social. Ish.
Talent, this is the operative word. If our department were not so essential this would not be happening. The less talented and important to the company will not be so fortunate just as the rest of the business world. I know I am blessed, I also know that I am good at what I do and others that are not will not fare so well. It is called capitalism.

Immediately brought to mind the song "In the Year 2525."

They shut down the schools in Los Angeles, San Diego and Riverside county school districts here in California. My wife who works within the Riverside county district is happy for a break.
On Friday, the Jack Ma Foundation and Alibaba Foundation said they would donate 500,000 testing kits and one million masks to the United States to help it deal with the pandemic. Alibaba is Chinaâs biggest online retailer, and Mr. Ma is the companyâs co-founder and former executive chairman.
âDrawing from my own countryâs experience, speedy and accurate testing and adequate personal protective equipment for medical professionals are most effective in preventing the spread of the virus,â Mr. Ma said in a statement.
Mr. Ma said that the two foundations had, in recent weeks, also donated similar resources to Japan, Korea, Italy, Iran and Spain.
So now Congress is trying to push a stimulus/aid package through. Funding for research, safety gear, paid sick leave, more test kits, etc. etc. Good idea, right? Well, 'Graveyard Mitch' blocked paid sick leave just a few days ago. If Mitch and company continue to block Dem relief efforts, November could be very, very interesting. c.
But, but, Don the Con said he would extend paid sick leave. On television.
