There's something else I don't understand. Richard worked for Jacob. As an adult Ben thought he was working for Jacob while doing dirty work for the man in black. That makes sense. But, Richard recruited Ben, if I remember correctly, to gas the Dharma folks. That seems like the work of the MIB. I'm cornfused.
