, but then I am not a big NY fan, though I like some of his stuff. More interesting to me is that J. Demme is doing the documentary. It's another sign of our generation's aging. Scorcese did the movie Shine a Light on the Rolling Stones. I understand smth may be in the works for David Bowie. A very good bio was done on Joni Mitchell (see, it has nothing to do with being Canadian!).

Major movie directors are directing bio's or performances on our "heroes". A sign of our times and their enduring artistry, I suppose, and "good on 'em" for deserving these efforts.

Try the documentary "The Most Dangerous Man in America" if you are interested in a non-musical hero.
