No, this is medial epicondylitis (tennis elbow, work-related injury) that progressed to tendinosis, because I kept re-injuring it without total rest.

It's pretty mangled - beyond ice or stretching. I am working on some PT rehab exercises (eccentric etc..) and bought a vertical mouse to cut back on computer-related stress......but nothing seems to help. So I need to see just how bad it truly is, and let some professionals advise from here on out.

Today is pretty rough - I quit taking Aleve so I could give the doc an accurate pain reading tomorrow when he examines it........{#Headache}

Try a smaller keyboard without a number pad and bring the mouse closer. That can help. You can also get padded supports for your elbow which clip onto the desk. Check with your Physio as they may want you to work it. Good luck.

Oy.

I'm guessing you're talking about your achilles?  Unless you heard a big pop, or your foot is flopping - you probably just need rest - maybe a cast.

I really injured mine when I started running up some serious inclines.  It was sore for about 3 months.   Ice and rest reallly worked for me.  ESPECIALLY the ice.  When the pain was bearable I started exercising it by standing on my toes (very gently).  Eventually I worked up to some calf exercises (with weight).  All good now!

All I can say is when it heals - stretch, stretch, stretch and pay attention to tight calf muscles - they are usually the culprit in achilles heel injuries.

Hope it's nothing serious for you.
