that's better..now it's thanksgiving (though, i have to confess, i listened on my favorite local radio station...my personal tradition since 1978, but it WAS on at the exact same time as RP! so i felt like i was with y'all.)

Bill says It'll be around 9am & 3pm PST. That's noon and 6pm EST. you people in the flyover states figure it out from there.

I'm looking forward to it. I love hearing it every year. I listened 2, or was it three??? years ago on RP. I was physically alone but on line with RP reading everyone's comments. RP was a wondrous mindblowing new thing back then. It seems weird that a lot of people I know now in the meat world seem to not know about it.

You're thinking backwards: if it's noon Pacific that'd be 3pm Eastern. 6pm Pacific is 9pm Eastern. (We live on the west coast and have friends on the east - plus my boss in Texas. Even then, converting time zones is a pain.  )
