I'm sure there are countless "issues" in the prison guard profession that can only exist because most of us don't care to look there, and care even less about those complaining. It's amazing that you can run a prison with guards who need to rely on one another for their own safety, yet have issues with large groups of co-workers.

That was my first thought when I saw him in the water. That little gator didn't get there on its own.
