P.S. I've also heard this is doing wonders for people with age-related physical deterioration: weaker muscles, worse workouts, reduced stamina, joint pain, weight gain, and even weak libido. If you've had any of these issues, you need to watch thisvideo...it might have the answer you've been looking for.
