Unfortunately the site I found the picture on didn't say where it was taken.  It does look like someplace in The Alps though.
* edit: A poster on a Reddit page that had the photo said it is Hallstatt.

Thanks...thought so.  We were there in the summer, but the steep cliffs running into the water suggested it might be.  What you can't see is that the hill to the left of the cat is probably 1,000+ feet almost straight up.  The entire (small) town is built at the base of mountains all around.  Google it...the images are amazing.

EDIT...if you google it, one of the first pictures actually shows the tower in the cat picture from the water.

Wow.  That's a pretty breathtaking place.  I guess that cat was just hanging out taking in the view.  I looked at a few water views on the Google Street view too.

Stunning.   Taken in April.  I can imagine the place about 3 weeks later.

Unfortunately the site I found the picture on didn't say where it was taken.  It does certainly look like someplace in The Alps though.

1. Cat videos provide an average of 46% of electricity needs for major cities. So, no.

2. This is your fault. Take more drugs.

3. There is. We're hiding it from you. It's called YouTube.

4.
