I never upload to EU but I let them do it. If it gets rejected for TM violations, it doesn't count against you, and the translations are better anyway. I've basically only ever sold in funny languages if the robot does the translating. You can go thru and set your price for auto uploads but I leave it alone because I'm lazy and it hasn't ever been worth the time. But lately it's been okay.
