Radio Paradise

I am considering the new dedicated streamer - the Volumio Rivo, which comes with a full featured Volumio OS. Do we know if this has an RP app? And if so - does it let you sign in, and listen to My Favorites stream?

Hmmm, well as I am using this a bit more, I notice the skip forward button doesn't work. It simply stops the stream. I will look for the best place to post this and other issues I find on the Volumio site.

The other thing I have learned, about Volumio - is you have to pay to be able stream something like Qobuz. This is also required if you want to stream over something like the Raspberry Pi. So, the trade off is with a computer, you have a more expensive piece of hardware ($400-500 for a very compact Linux box) or the $40-90 or so for a Raspberry Pi, depending on what RAM you get.

I have the RP plugin working on Volumio on my new Raspberry Pi 4B, which is excellent! My question is - is it possible to login to the RP plugin so we can also access our Favorites? This would be icing on the cake.

Ah hah.
Found it.
If you go to plugins it is there. (look through rp on your UI)
Download it and it adds an extra section to the home page (with loads of options)
All four channels are available in FLAC :)
