Hi, Downloading now seems to work OK - (so long as I keep the App open) however, auto refuelling doesn't seem to happen! Does the app need to be open for this also?
I confirmed with our dev that the refill is on wifi only. We did this to avoid refilling on users' cellular plans, as in some locations this would be expensive.

I was able to download two different cache blocks that were refilled in the background just now. I am on wifi not cellular. Send us logs via the feedback tool in the settings panel, so we can see what's going on.

What I learned after the last iOS RP app update was that all my downloaded (self refilling) streams got deleted. Something to be taken into account, when marketing major app upgrades, me thinks. Or. No?
Hi - I am having this problem too, however I also get a message after about 30 minutes of listening to the download it stops, and I get a message that says something like 'you are not connected to a network' Seems like its just playing a cache from when I am on wi-fi, and not the actual download?
It is playing from a downloaded cache, but the block probably wasn't downloaded completely (if the app was backgrounded while downloading). This could be causing the connection prompt bug. We have a fix for the download function that makes the app more resilient to iOS trying to suspend the app when in the background which will stop the download, corrupting the process. iOS will suspend an app in the background from 30 secs to 10 minutes of it being in the background without much rhyme or reason. We are battling that. It is best to keep the app active during downloads currently to allow the blocks to finish completely. The new architecture of how we are streaming has complicated the DL manager. The "more info" section does remind users to keep the app active but that isn't necessarily read by everyone. : /

I use the Download Manager frequently and the latest version seems buggy. Like the Android user who posted, my downloaded cache quits after about 30 minutes. Suggestions, please
Make sure to keep the app in the foreground while completing the download. iOS will interrupt the download if it is in the background for too long. The app then reports that the download contains the requested amount but only has a partial cache. We are working on this!
