Well said.

And I just got out of the hospital on Sunday after 4 days with a sick kidney. Surgery scheduled Nov 12th.

All the rest of this stuff is meaningless. Vote for whomever you want, I'll vote for whomever I want, don't vote if you're from another country.  Save you're righteous indignation, anger, bullying & whatever else you do for sport for where it might be useful, which is likely nowhere.

Rumor has it this site has a few pretty decent music channels.

My apologies to Kurtster and his wife. I went over the line. Its hard to witness someone voting for more political and religious control over women's bodies, deporting immigrants and supporting Russia's take over of Ukraine yet claiming to like women and have no problem with gays. Then why vote for someone who is willing to take their rights away if you have no problem with them? Cancer is hell, my mother had it and I am very sorry you are suffering with it. However the political choices being made are out to make everyone suffer; not just cancer victims.

Fixed it for you. You're welcome.

Hey, you're the one who brought up female anatomy, not me.  You made the subject fair game to whatever RP brings.

My wife ?  She's on oxygen and as I do mention her from time to time. If you were here all the time instead of just flying in here on your broom when you get a splinter where the sun don't shine, you would know that.  If she is so inclined, she has her own login here and can speak for herself.  I'll show her this thread.  She is well known to many RPeeps over on FB.  This past Friday the 13th was the 57th anniversary of our first date.  We will have been married 23 years this coming December 15th. Our story is somewhat well known around here.

Libido ?  Look up heavy duty chemo and stem cell transplants and after affects.

Clue, I go into my onc's shop every other week for a testosterone shot.  Have for the past 15 years and will do that for the rest of my life.  All's it does is help me get out of bed when I wake up.  You would know that, too, if you were here all the time.

When you get a Stage IV cancer diagnosis you think very little about the after affects of chemo because all you are trying to do is just survive doing whatever it takes or costs, both physically and financially.  You only worry about the other side after treatment if you make it to the other side.  Then, if you make it, you count your blessings.

Women ?  I absolutely adore women.  I have more female friends than male friends.  Women make up 90% of the customers that I serve and make up 80% of the industry I work in.  Bonus, half the men still in this biz are gay.  I get along well with everyone.  I work for a company run by women (Jewish at that) and work with them.  One of only two males in the company.  The other is the boss' son.  Mechanically inclined women are extra special and very rare.  They are to be treasured.  I like independent women.  Someone who would like to be with me, not need to be with me.

Want me to keep going ?

Edit:  OBTW ... the ultimate manifestation of misogyny to me is allowing biological men to compete as women against real biological women.  It is the ultimate disrespect and objectification of women that I can think of.  Yet you are just fine with it based upon prior conversations we have had.  I suspect that you hate other women in general.

I am replying to Isabeau's  comment about my husband, Kurt not mention me all the time because it really is not reelevate usually to the subject he writing about.
Kurt said he loves women and as his wife it is one of his qualities I love about him. His respect for women is something more men to should emulate.
I was on the site a lot when we were going through his treatment for his cancer. You notice I used the word "we" went through because it was about us!
He was there and still is there supporting me in the passing of my beautiful daughter. I could not ask for anyone who knows how to handle the many moods that come with that.
Our views are not always the same but for the most part we have healthy conversations about all things. He is my bestfriend as I am his. We have known each other since I was 14, he was 15. I could not imagine being with anyone else for the rest of my life.
So put that in your pipe and smoke it!
