Monday Peeps
Yup Iâm waiting for my physical in September to talk to my GP about all my newly developing pains and the parts that are breaking down lately. Iâm the only one on my friends that havenât had any major surgery, knock on wood, like my stiffening hands, shoulder, lower back, and right knee. Iâm surprised I lasted this long with all the sports I played in my younger years.

I can hear moms words in my ears saying watch what youâre doing cause you will pay for it when you get older.

My Ortho was surprised when I came in just on the edge of tears asking him what could help with the intense pain. Had fallen and dislocated/crushed the humerus head a few months prior and then flared it up by trying to be normal. Cortisone shot (posterior approach) helped reset the dials in there. Good luck!
