The Julliard Jazz Ensemble Tiny Desk. I won't say I love everything about the 2 songs, but the talent and joy that drips from everyone involved are infectious.

My 1967 copy. Got a Spin-Disc cleaner today so resurrected it somewhat. Still listenable.
