I've changed my home address twice in the last year - from the Midwest to the East Coast and then back to the Midwest again.  I retired from full-time work for someone else so I could have insurance benefits to become a retiree living on Social Security benefits which amount to much less than I need to live on for the remainder of my years, picking up temp. work and part time gigs, doing resume writing and art work for money!  This is way different than my life was a little more than a year ago.  Change is constant.  For all of us.  Better get used to it!!! 

We bought a home and own it free and clear.  Its been decades ago since either of us owned something.  We've been renters.

So we made a huge commitment to dig in and make the best possible life for the winter of our years.

The coming year will be a brand new life and approach to it.  Everything is on the table.

What is important will be redefined in the new context.

Life ain't for quitters.
