People are dying in these tragedies, the problem needs to be found and fixed, not assign blame. 1. Due to underfunding the FAA, the skeletal staffing of Air Traffic Controllers has been an issue for well over a decade.
This has zero to do with blaming staffing; but underfunding. The finger pointing is akin to "I demand you make Bricks without Straw!" It's diaper material.
